Chapel Valley Farm is a masterpiece of rustic elegance tucked just outside metro Orlando in sleepy Eustis, FL. Bordering the sweeping Ocala National Forest, a step into the 25 acres of Chapel Valley Farm trades the hustle of Central Florida tourism for the slow, relaxed pace of nature.
Formerly the site of a sand mine, the property stood empty with only a dilapidated barn remaining. Yet the owners of family-run Chapel Valley Farm had a vision for what these grounds could become: a wedding venue offering the otherworldy charms of Florida’s natural beauty. While the old barn was no longer fit for use, some of its wood was saved and repurposed into the new wedding venue’s tables, barn doors, and other touching details.
Before you walk down the aisle, both the bride and groom have dedicated getting-ready suites within the property. The bride is given a homey indoor suite with natural lighting, comfortable seating, and plenty of space for hair and makeup, while the groomsmen can relax and enjoy one another’s company in the air-conditioned groom’s garage complete with a television and ping-pong table.
Your wedding ceremony at Chapel Valley Farm can either consistent of a stunning outdoor wedding ceremony underneath the canopy of towering trees, or inside the picturesque wedding chapel. Outdoor wedding ceremonies are held in the ground’s dedicated ceremony site, where a cleared area provides a stunning landscape for your fairytale woodsy wedding. Not many wedding venues offer the perk of providing dedicated day-of wedding coordinators along with your venue rental, but Chapel Valley Farm does. They include the services of the talented SMS Events and Designs, who we have worked with before and highly recommend for their expertise and professionalism!

While larger weddings at Chapel Valley Farm follow the standard procedure of renting the property alone, the team also offers an all-inclusive wedding package as a separate option for couples seeking to take the coordinating off their plates. While this option is valid for small weddings of up to 50 guests, it is certainly a thoughtful addition for those who want a truly stress-free wedding day.
Intimate wedding option
You know we love a wedding venue that includes an option for intimate micro weddings! While you can reserve the property for the usual full wedding day, Chapel Valley Farm also offers an alternative ideal for intimate weddings. Your mini wedding package involves a 6hr rental time (2hrs set-up, 3hrs event time, 1hr tear-down) which makes a perfect day at this rustic estate an affordable reality for more couples.

The pricing at Chapel Valley Farm may be a stretch for budget-friendly micro weddings, however it may be worth having a conversation with the team to see if your dream wedding is in fact a possibility. On the other hand, if you are having a larger wedding with a standard budget, you actually might find that your wedding day at Chapel Valley Farm is a perfect fit!
No pest control
The wedding venue is out in the woods in rural Florida—meaning, bugs are also going to be attending your wedding. Curfew at 11pm

Most wedding venues have a similar time restriction, from our experience, and as someone who ended their wedding reception promptly at 9pm to ensure proper shut-eye at the end of the night, this shouldn’t be a drawback for most weddings.
