What a sweet Sunday morning micro wedding for Taylor & Mitchell! This stunning couple recently tied the knot at the historic Maitland Art & History Museum in Maitland, FL, located at the northern edge of metro Orlando. Their romantic, heartfelt micro wedding really stood as a testament of their love and commitment to one another!

The day began with each arriving separately, nervous about the last-minute details even with their wedding timeline in the very capable hands of the wedding vendors supporting their big day. We started with an intimate first look as Taylor and Mitchell spent a private moment in the ground’s main gardens before walking down the aisle together—a meaningful symbol of their relationship together. Their intimate wedding ceremony, witnessed by only their closest friends & family, included a special hand fasting ceremony to represent their new union, which was an incredibly special moment for all involved. It even rained a bit during the wedding, but nobody seemed to notice or care!

After the wedding, Taylor & Mitchell held a private first dance in the museum’s intricate Mayan Courtyard, accompanied by a live string quartet led by Rachel Durrum Music. This is one of our best wedding tips to newly-engaged couples: a private first dance (or last dance at the end of your wedding reception) will undoubtedly be one of the most heartfelt moments of your wedding day!

The couple celebrated their love story with a short and sweet wedding reception brunch at the nearby historic Alfond Inn before setting off on their new life together. Taylor & Mitchell, it was an absolute joy to be a part of your wedding day and we wish you all the best as you begin your happily ever after!
